1. Agreement
By using drhanin.clinic, booking a consultation, enrolling in a course, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Medical services
- All aesthetic treatments require an in-person consultation and medical assessment. Results vary; no outcome is guaranteed.
- You must provide accurate health information. We may decline treatment where clinically inappropriate.
- Appointments are subject to availability — one client per time slot. Late cancellation (under 24 hours) may incur a fee at the clinic’s discretion.
- Minors require parental/guardian consent where required by law.
3. Products & orders
- Product images are illustrative. We currently accept cash on delivery (COD) only for online orders.
- Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. You will receive an order tracking number by email when your order is received.
- Unopened, resaleable products may be returned within 14 days of delivery where consumer law applies; personalised or opened medical-cosmetic items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our reasonable control.
4. Courses (Egypt)
- Face-to-face courses are offered exclusively in Egypt unless stated otherwise. Enrollment requires a scheduled clinic visit.
- Course fees, seat availability, and schedules are confirmed at booking. Deposits or refunds follow the policy communicated at enrollment.
- Course content is for professional education; certification is subject to attendance and assessment criteria set by Dr Hanin Clinic.
5. Accounts & conduct
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Misuse, harassment, or fraudulent orders may result in account suspension and legal action.
6. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, photographs, and training materials are owned by Dr Hanin Clinic. You may not copy or redistribute without written permission.
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service or product.
8. Governing law
UK clients: laws of England and Wales. Egypt clients: laws of Egypt where services are performed. Disputes should first be raised via contact.
